Our Baja Beach Casitas are custom-built tiny homes starting at $52.5K. Because our casitas are built to fit your unique needs, we can offer various upgrades and custom features that make your little casita your dream beach home. Upgrades include features on the inside of the home as well as outdoor additions such as a patio, pool, and pergola. From deposit to finished product, it takes our team about 3-4 months to complete your build.
Our Casitas are about 400 sqft. and are 1 bedroom, 1 bath eco-friendly tiny homes. They are built with quality materials and are meant to last! Our Baja Beach Casitas are being built on beautiful lots of land at Rafael By The Sea - our new and growing community in San Felipe!
